After the Real vs Rios match in Japan, the group take Wakiya's jet to Paris to watch Daina's match. Both Cooza and Valt have a nightmare on the plane where they are attacked by a vampire.

Turns out a childhood friend of Cooza, who closely resembles a vampire, has joined the Paris Bladers. His name is Clio, and his bey is Deep Chaos. During their childhood, Clio scared Cooza badly, and now Cooza refuses to go into the stadium to watch the match...That is ... until Valt convinces him otherwise.

After Daina's Team wins, the news reports that the New York Bulls have won the semi-finals over Korea's Fire Seoul match.
