The Longinus Cup semifinals pits Fubuki vs. Souh and Aiga vs. Houi. Each of the boys are training... sometimes against one another.

The battle between Fubuki and Suoh starts with a point win for Fubuki with an over finish. As they are battling, flashbacks are shown of how the two boys met. They use to be close friends.

In the 2nd battle Suoh annihilates Fubuki when Hell Salamander burst Emperor Forneus. After the battle Suoh tells Fubuki his flower has wilted. Fubuki falls to his knees for not only has he lost the battle, but his friend as well.

The next battle is Aiga and Houi. Each boy is fired up and vows to win. They stare at one another with intensity as the episode ends.
