Tobisuke is a blader and a member of the Rebel Bey Club. Of all the members, Tobisuke is the most mischievious. He often spys on other bladers (such as Aiga) and runs to Ranjiro with his information.

Tobisuke and Gumito sneak on to the Bey Cruise ship just to be closer to Ranjiro. They are caught and allowed to stay if they work on the ship.
