Arthur charged onto the scene in episode 28 declaring that he is the King of Beyblade. He runs Hell (In the English version, it is called Inferno), and wants to put an end to the WBBA.

Arthur's beyblade is Prime Apocalypse, an attack-type bey. Its Chip, weight, and base are all on the same layer. It, also, has an infinite lock system (the layer can rotate 360 degrees, so the lock can move forever) preventing bursts.
