Picking up from last episode, Delta arrived at Victories to challenge Drum.
Everyone is astonished how quickly Delta's Venom Diabolos burst Drum's Dragon.
Drum said he knew he was right to look up to him. A flashback shows how the boys met one year ago at BC Sol. Drum walked in as Delta had burst his 2000th bey in a row. Drum would make 2001.
Delta turns to leave, but Diabolos signals Delta that he still wants to battle. "He still has light...which needs to be extinguished." Diabolos says to Delta.
Drum uses Grand Dragon for the next match. Using a Grand Beat attack, it appeared that Diabolos burst, but it only split in two. With two parts of Diabolos spinning, Delta counters with Dual Phantom and bullet attack to burst Dragon once again, but Diabolos is still not satisfied.
Amane calls for a strategy meeting with Drum & the members of Victories. His Uncle then gives Drum a word of advice before the next battle. Before the battle, Delta changes the base of Diabolos. Will Uncle's suggestion still work?
