Highlights:
After watching Delta's rebirth, Drum and Amane are filled with enthusiasm as they train. Valt shows up at Victories and asks if Amane and Drum want to hold an exhibition match on the new stadium, Speed Double Stadium created by the WBBA. Of course, the boys jump at the chance.
The Golden Tree, GT Arena's opening ceremony unveils the new stadium. The special features are an upper deck from the main battle area that leads to a crater. Also, the high incline can be used for super speed.
Drum and Amane have just launched when Arthur, once again, interrupts the match and shows them his evolved Apocalypse. He challenges Victories to a battle with Hell to be held in 3 days. The format will be a 3 vs 3 team battle. Team HELL will consist of Arthur, Blind DeVoy, and (to everyone's shock) Gwyn!
When Ichika and Takane strongly refuse, they ask Delta, but he wants to fight Drum to see if they are worthy of fighting with him. In the battle, even though Delta bursts Dragon, it was enough of a challenge that Delta agrees to join Team Victories. Amane looks on knowing he's got to be stronger.
