The next battle is approaching. Each contender has one point, which means whoever wins in this match will advance to the finals. Valt and Hyuga will be up against Lui and Free.
Valt and Hyuga have a strategy meeting that only they could understand. At the same time Hikaru feels the sting of having his younger brother get ahead of him. Thankfully, Honcho understands and helps him cope.
During the battle of screaming and two-year-old gibberish (Bang...bang...zoom zoom... LOL), Valt takes the hit for Hyperion. This allows Hyuga to go crashing into both Longinus and Fafnir sending them out of the ring. Hyperion is the last bey standing for the win. After that win Valt and Hyuga join Lean and Aiga in the finals.
In the hall after the battle, Valt and Hyuga run into Lean. He threatens Valt saying, "I will meet you in the finals and end your beyblade career." This weighs heavily on Hyuga.
Back in Japan Valt and Shu meet up. Shu proudly shows him his new bey, World Spriggan (a reversible, dual-spinning balance type with a double chassis) saying, "I wanted my first battle to be with you, Valt." The two engage in battle just like old times, but Shu seems to be doing this to help Valt prepare for a battle with Lean.
