Highlights:
Hyuga and Hikaru were inspired by the battle between Shu and Lean. During training to become stronger, Valt arrives and challenges them to a tag battle between he and Shu.
The boys put together a vigorous training schedule. Boss sees that the boys are worrying about exercising more than thinking about practicing their launches with their new beys. They decide to concentrate on their launches and put the workout regimen aside.
During the tag battle, Shu watches Valt having a great time. He notices that both Hyuga and Hikaru have a shining flare of their own, but it is different from Lean's. Shu realizes that Valt was trying to remind him how fun battles are.
Valt and Shu win the tag battle, but the Asahi brothers were close.
Meanwhile, in the factory, Lean finishes his greatest bey yet.... Lucifer the End. "With this bey I am sure to crush Shu!" He thinks, "When I defeat Shu Kurenai with this Lucifer, my thirst will be quenched."
