This episode introduces Orochi Ginba, who has qualified for the semi-finals.

SUMMARY: Wakiya wants to test Valt's true strength. What a coincidence (not!) that a huge bread order is requested of the bakery. Valt happily helps when his mother says this is part of his training. Of course, when the order is done, Valt is exhausted.

Unable to locate the order's destination, Valt and his mother run into Orochi, who directs them to Wakiya's home. Valt is taken to the room where Wakiya trains. He becomes angry when Wakiya insults the BeyClub. Tired and angry, Valt loses every match to Wakiya!
