Episode 33: Explosive! Double Impact!!

Wakiya may not always come across well, but what he says is true. As team captain, Valt should come up with a strategy when selecting team members to participate in a match. When Valt shows them his strategy saying Xhaka is really strong and will go in last, Wakiya loses his temper. Valt is forgetting that in this competition, it's whoever gets three points first. If the first two players get three points, the third player doesn't have to fight! It's usually the strongest that go in first. That being said, those who will be participating against the Sword Flames (their next opponent), was determined to be Wakiya, Daina and Shu.

Wakiya will be up first against Xhaka and his Xcalibur, which is an attack-type bey. The battle is intense, but Xeno Xcalibur's double impact bursts Wild Wyvern! This shocks everyone as it was Xcalibur's new technique. Wakiya runs off and has a little temper tantrum, but thankfully, he does it in private. Valt is able to cheer him up a bit.

Next up is Daina and Ukyo. That is attack-type (Deathscyther) against defense-type (Unicorn). Ukyo tells Daina that he is glad they are able to battle (meaning he is glad Daina didn't quit beyblading after what happened when he battled with Yugo). What a nice guy! However, Daina predicted Ukyo's move and took the battle with a horizontal shoot giving Beigoma 1 point for an over finish.

Finally, it's Shu (balance-type, Spriggan) against Yugo (stamina-type, Yggdrasil). Even with his shoulder pain, Shu manages to pull off the win with a burst finish. Beigoma Academy moves forward in the team competition.
