It's the final two teams in the tournament and to everyone's surprise, Lui does participate. We learn two things about Lui, not only is he an extremely good blader, but he is also a dirty competitor. When taking his opponent's blade out, he aims for the blader themselves to crush their spirit. Poor Shu was one of his victims. Turns out Lui is responsible for the scar across Shu's right eye. He tries the same thing with Valt, but Shu shouts a warning, and Valt catches his bey before it hits him. (That Lui is one bratty little runt...Ha ha ha)

Although we all wanted to see the underdog win (Valt), that didn't happen. Valt did, however, do something that no one else has done in any competition with Lui and that was manage to get a simultaneous over finish during their match.

In the end, the Beigoma Academy BeyClub came in second, and Valt had to man-up and face those facts. Now it's on to the singles.
