Ruway is one of the Big 5 bladers. He is a member of the Brazilian Rios Team and makes his first appearance in episode 25.

Ruway is not only a skilled blader, he has the ability to predict the trajectory of the bey, and calculate the movement of the opponent's launch. He is, also, a master of Chinese martial arts and especially good at stick techniques.

Ruway's blade is Shelter Regulus.5S.Tw, a balance-type bey.
