Highlights:

Specific rules must be adhered to to be a member of Tactics: None shall neglect their training. None shall break ranks from the team. Emit a stable e-Pulse at all times. E-pulse control is essential to bring out a Digimon's full potential. Always control your emotions, to provide your Partner Digimon with proper e-Pulse.

At the Glowing Dawn headquarters, the group has to tighten their belts thanks to Tactics capturing Bombernanimon. What's strange is there's no trace that they collected the Bombernanimon bounty. Kyo is wondering if someone is kidnapping digimon.

Just after breakfast, Yosshi arrives with an urgent job for them. He takes them to Maki. Seems Snimon, a champion digimon that slices everything, is running amok. He drained his owners e-Pulse and fled. He has a 1M credits bounty.

Tactics are interested in Snimon, because he will soon evolve to Ultimate, which will fetch a good price according to Klay.

Later that day, Snimon attacks two young boys. He drains the older boy's (Yosuke) e-Pulse. His younger brother, Koji, is crying over his brother when Glowing Dawn arrives. Remembering his own brother, Tomoro makes a promise. He's determined to get the boy's e-Pulse back. Gekkomon evolution to Armalizamon!

Wolvermon and Nightchiropmon join Armalizamon. Unfortunately, Team Seven, blocks Glowing Dawn just when Snimon evolves to Scorpiomon, Ultimate Digimon.

The Tactics Team evolves their digimon and jump into a rift along with Scorpiomon, Tomoro and the others.

Kyo arrives. Murasamemon fights Gigasmon.

Raito is told to get the Ultimate to them. Kyo wonders who 'them' are.

While Raito is watching the fight between Ultimates, Tomoro and Armalizamon take down Scorpiomon. They grab the in training digimon and the e-Pulse egg and escape.

Gigasmon is defeated and Murasamemon and Kyo and the rest escape as well.

Mr. Naito swats Raito for disobeying an order.

Tomoro kept his promise and brings the young Yosuke out of his cold sleep.

What did we learn in this episode?

Gekkomon likes old movies.

Raito, Hotaruko, and Granit are the youngest Tactics team. They are Team seven.

Tactics are a group of Cleaners, active on a global scale. Their identity is shrouded in mystery.

Tactic's Team Seven can freely go in and out of the Mirror World, but someone had to open a rift. That means someone else was contolling an Ultimate Digimon like Murasamemon.

Raito used extreme e-Pulse to lure out Snimon.

The bounty goes up when the risks get higher. (I may have already mentioned this.)

Kyo was once known as the strongest of all the Five Stars.
