EPISODE SUMMARIESIMPATIENCE
Chief Yagami goes to the U.S. to exchange the notebook for Sayu. The whole ordeal is a very cleverly executed plan by Mello that even Light did not suspect. What the red-haired boy wanted was simple....the notebook for Sayu. The Chief's flight is changed unexpectedly and then detoured to a remote area. This situation became too difficult for even Light to handle, and he found himself enlisting the help of "N." (At one point, Light felt his only option would be to kill his own sister, but thankfully, he couldn't go through with it.) Because the trade off is taking place underground, all satellite communications ceased! Chief Yagami enters the underground dwelling and sees Sayu within a glass tube-like prison. Suddenly, a man enters and shoots at the glass. Though frightening, he gets the point across that the glass is bulletproof. The Chief is told to place the notebook in a slot and the door will unlock...releasing Sayu. If any suspicious moves are made, Sayu will be shot. Once the exchange was made, the notebook was tested on a deceiving Mafia member. Mello was delighted to learn that the notebook was authentic. Afterwards, the police and SPK were deceived again. A missile is fired from the remote location at the same time a helicopter flies off. Light is unsure whether the notebook is on the missile or in the helicopter. Imagine their shock when the helicopter is blown to bits. The notebook is now in Mello's hot little hands, and he begins to eliminate many members of the SPK by various means. Not long after the deaths of his team members, Near contacts Light explaining what had happened and who he believed was responsible....Mello! Meanwhile, in the Shinigami World, an ominous looking Death God stated it was his notebook that Ryuk had dropped. "Guess you'll have to get it from Ryuk," Armonia Jastin said. Uh oh...another Death God in the human world. What's going to happen now??? Keep watching.... To be continued.... |
