Inuyasha: The Present Days

Disclaimer: I said it before and I'll say it again, I don't own Inuyasha, I just watch it.

Chapter 3: Koga, The Wolf Demon!

     "Koga?!" Kagome said.
     "Kagome!" Koga said as he ran up to Kagome and grabbed her hand. "It has been so long since I've seen you.  For so long I have been in darkness, never to see light again until-"
     "Get a life, Koga." Inuyasha interrupted as he pulled Koga away from Kagome by the back of his shirt.
     "Hey!  Let go of me, Mutt!" Koga said as he pulled out of Inuyasha's grip.  "How dare you try to mess up the love between me and Kagome!"
     "YOU may have love for her but I don't think she has love for you," Inuyasha said with his arms crossed.
     "Why don't you put head in the dirt!"
     "Why don't you just get lost in the woods!"
     "Why don't you go chase your tail around like a dumb mutt you are!"
     "For your information, I don't have a tail!  You mutated wolf with rabies!"
     "What did you say?!" Koga yelled
     "You heard me!" Inuyasha growled back.

     "Do they always do this when they are around each other?" Sesshomaru asked Shippo.
     "Sadly, yes." Shippo said with a defeated voice.
     Kagome closed her eyes, walked between the two, and pushed them away from each other.  "Will you two stop bickering!" Kagome demanded.
     "Hey, you're not going to stop me from arguing with him." Inuyasha said.
     "Oh, yes I will."
     "No pipsqueak is going to stop me from arguing anyone!"
     "Hey, you take that back!"
     "What are going to do? Huh? You can't say 'sit' anymore."
     "Err, you think you're such a hotshot, don't you?"
     "Man, I should've left you back at the house, you stupid girl."
     "I am not!"
     "Are to."
     "Am not."
     "Are to."
     "Am not."
     "Okay you two, break it up," Koga said pushing them away from each other.  "Enough arguing from you two."
     "Yeah, and we're getting off task," Shippo said crossing his arms.
     "Okay, I'm sorry, Kagome." said Inuyasha.  "Alright, let's see here... We have to find out where those wolves are- wait a minute!  Koga?"
     "What is it, Mutt?" Koga said.
     "Why were wolves attacking you?  You're the leader of the Wolf Demon Tribe."
     "Former leader now." Koga said quietly.
     "What?"
     "I was defeated by a rogue wolf demon who wanted my tribe.  After he defeated me, he kicked me out of the tribe and sent all of my wolves to attack me and anyone in sight."
     "Now we know why the wolves are attacking people," Kagome said.
     "What's the name of this wolf demon?" Sesshomaru asked.
     "His name is Diago (De-I-go).  Who are you?"
     "My name is Sesshomaru."
     "Other question.  How come you look kinda similar to that Mutt?"
     "Uh, well, that's because he's Inuyasha's older half brother." Kagome said a bit nervously.
     "Oh.  But why are all you doing up here?"
     "Well, we're here to stop all the wolves from killing people," Inuyasha said simply.
     "You can't kill them all." Koga said.
     "Why not?!" Inuyasha demanded.
     "Because it's not their fault.  Diago is controlling them and they have no choice but to serve him."
     "Okay," Inuyasha said annoyed.  "Then, lets redeem you and then you'll probably make them stop killing people, right?"
     "Yes... For only Lady Kagome's hand in marriage."
     "Not in your life time pal," Kagome said.
     "So where's the tribe?"
     "Almost at the top of the mountain." Koga said as he pointed at the top of the mountain.
     "Okay everyone," said Inuyasha, "Lets get going."
     "I don't think you all need to head up there," said a voice.

     Everyone turned towards the direction where the voice came from.  There in the shadows of the forest a man came walking.  He was dressed in a old Feudal Era armor, he had long black hair with some gray in it.  He also had red eyes and a strong body.
     "Who the hell are you?" Inuyasha demanded.
     "It's Diago." Koga said quietly
     "Well I'm not surprised that you remember my name Koga," Diago said smiling.
     "You don't look so strong," Inuyasha said.  "I guess this smelly wolf wasn't strong enough to beat you without any Jewel Shards."
     "Watch it Mutt!"
     "Hey, I know you." said Diago.  "You're Inuyasha, the greatest half-demon alive."
     "Wow.  I didn't know I was such an idol," Inuyasha said smiling.
     "Enough talk!" Koga yelled as he charged at Diago.  "It's time to fight!"

     Koga charged at Diago throwing punches and kicks at him but none of them landed on Diago.  Diago kept dodging them with ease, mocking Koga with every punch and kick.  "Is that your best?" he said.  "Last time you put up a better fight.  But now, you seem weaker."
     "Shut up!" Koga yelled as he punched Diago in the stomach.

     Koga smiled but then it faded as he saw Diago smiling at him.  It seemed the punch didn't effect him at all.  He took a huge blow in the stomach, Koga thought, and it didn't even faze him.
     "Was that supposed to hurt?" Diago sneered.  Then, Diago pulled backed his fist and thrusted it straight into Koga's face, which sent him flying backwards into a tree, knocking it down.
     "Ha, I don't need my sword to defeat you!" Inuyasha said as he charged at Diago.
     Inuyasha swiped his claws at Diago but kept missing.  "Stand still you bastard!"
     "Like I'll stand still for you."
     "That's it!" Inuyasha yelled as he turned his hands into fists and started punching Diago.  Diago stood there taking all the punches Inuyasha cooked up.  Then, Inuyasha backed off to see Diago skaffed but not beaten. "What the hell?  I just delivered my best punches at him and he's not even bleeding!"
     "It will take more than just petty punches to beat me."
     "What about, Iron Reaver Soul Stealer!" Inuyasha yelled as he slashed at Diago cutting him open across the shoulder.  "Now you're bleeding."
     Aw man, thought Diago, one more slash like that, I'll be done for. There has to be a way to beat these guys.  Diago looked up at the almost night sky.  He smiled as he looked back at Inuyasha.
     "What are you smiling about?" said Inuyasha.
     "Look up at the night sky."
     Inuyasha looked up to see only hundreds of stars and a full moon. "What about it?" Inuyasha asked as he looked back at Diago.
     "It's a full moon tonight."
     "What?  Are you going to turn into a werewolf?" Inuyasha joked.
     Diago started to chuckle.
     "You're serious." Inuyasha said. 

     Then, Inuyasha noticed that Diago was a bit bigger.  Then, Inuyasha now notice Diago was growing bigger. Diago started growing gray fur around his body as he kept growing.  His face then, transformed into a wolf's face as his legs transformed into hind legs of a wolfs.  He then, sprouted a gray furry tail as his hands turned into giant claws.
     Inuyasha was now looking at a tree sized Wolf.  "What in the hell is that?"
     Diago growled at Inuyasha through his razor sharp teeth.  He spoke with a deep voice, "I am Diago, the Werewolf Demon."
