Sango

English Voice Actor: Kelly Sheridan

Pretty young Sango comes from a long line of demon exterminators and is one herself. She lived in the village closest to the cave where the Shikon Jewel was formed...that is until Naraku's deception resulted in the deaths of her father, brother (Kohaku), and all of the villagers. Alone and wanting to put a stop to the evil Naraku, Sango joined InuYasha and the others in their search for the jewel shards. Although she won't admit it, deep inside Sango harbors feelings for Miroku.

Sango uses a very large boomerang to destroy demons, and she is accompanied by her shape shifting pet, Kirara.

Kohaku

English Voice Actor: Alex Doduk

Gentle, innocent young brother of Sango. Sadly, on his very first exterminating assignment Naraku used mind control on the poor boy which resulted in his murdering all the other exterminators (including his father) except Sango. When the spell was broken, both he and Sango were riddled with arrows and the boy died.

In an effort to get to InuYasha through Sango, Naraku resurrected the boy using a Shikon shard and erased all of his living memories. Kohaku now wanders the Earth as one of Naraku's minions.

Naraku (Onigumo)

English Voice Actor: Paul Dobson

Onigumo was a thief who suffered from terrible burns as well as two broken legs. Kikyo took pity on the man and began to feed and care for him. He started to foster desires for the lovely priestess as well as the Shikon jewel. In his crippled state, he called the demons to feast on his body thereby creating the evil and powerful Naraku. Naraku then tricked Kikyo and InuYasha into believing they betrayed one another. Fifty years after that tragic incident, Naraku finds and collects as many jewel shards as he can so that he may become the most powerful.

Myoga (The Flea)

English Voice Actor: Paul Dobson

Very intelligent companion of InuYasha and the others. Knows a great deal about InuYasha's heritage, demons, and the Feudal Era in general. Myoga is very timid and tends to flee (get the pun) at the first sign of trouble. However, his ability to suck out poisons from an individual has saved many lives. Because of his size, he is subject to abuse....especially when the little guy's rantings get on everyones nerves.

Jaken

English Voice Actor: Don Brown

Companion of Sesshomaru. He carries a staff of heads that comes in very handy when attacked. Jaken can be whiny and annoying, but he will do anything to please his master, Sesshomaru.

Rin

English Voice Actor: Brenna O'Brien

Adorable little peasant girl who took a liking to Sesshomaru and apparently vice versa. She was taken in by abusive villagers when her entire family was slaughtered by thieves. A disaster which had initially left her mute.

Her first appearance is in episode #35 when she brings food and drink to an injured Sesshomaru. Later that episode Rin is attacked by wolves and killed. In a surprising act of kindness, Sesshomaru used the tenseiga (sword of life) to revive her. She has accompanied Sesshomaru and Jaken ever since that incident.

Hatchi (Tanuki)

English Voice Actor: Terry Klassen

For those who don't already know Tanuki is a Raccoon faced dog. Hatchi is the shape shifting Tanuki companion of Miroku. Although, he tends to shy away from danger, Hatchi is willing to help Miroku in any way he can. Hatchi can shape shift into an interesting looking flying object....hee, hee...almost looks like a flying yellow lightbulb with a face..???

Koga (Japanese spelling: Kouga)

English Voice Actor: Scott McNeil

Kouga is the head of the wolf demons and very respected. He has a Shikon shard embedded in each of his legs (And what great legs they are!...ooops...off track.), which gives him the ability to move like the wind.

When he learned that Kagome had the ability to locate the jewel shards, he professed his love for her. His feelings for Kagome has caused a great deal of tension for InuYasha. The Dog hanyou and wolf demon are very bitter rivals each vowing to protect Kagome.
