The conceited and womanizing Captain Celebrity a.k.a. Christopher Skyline from America descends upon Japan. Worse...he's more interested in his popularity than actually rescuing those in trouble.
Koichi is in persuit of a robbery suspect when he is almost hit by a truck. He is rescued by Captain Celebrity, who proceeds to autograph Koichi's All Might Hoodie. Koichi is NOT pleased.
Afterwards...at Koichi's home, Knuckleduster tells Pop and Koichi (who is trying to clean his hoodie) that this hero from America is called Captain "catastrophe" Celebrity due to the numerous lawsuits and scandals he has been through.
Later, a dino gigantification quirk is causing serious damage, but Captain Celebrity is waiting for the press to arrive and his team to set up before stopping it. Geez...
After the incident, Captain Celebrity flirts with Makoto and asks her to lunch, but Makoto has a trick up her sleeve. While having dinner Makoto calls the Captain's wife, Pamela.
Will fear of a lawsuit, set Captain Celebrity straight? We'll see.
Later, Koichi's father calls to warn his son that Mom is on the way to visit him.
