Midnight and Present Mike are trying to coax Eraser Head to take a job at UA High School, but he feels they are meddling too much and returns to patrolling the streets.
Not far off a young girl in a red hoodie and The Crawler (holding an abandoned kitten) are being chased by a wolf-like man. (Get the little-red-riding-hood hint?). Eraser Head shows up, captures the wolf-man, and protects the little girl.
After the altracation, Koichi and Eraser Head are taking shelter against the rain. Koichi holds the abandoned kitten, which he cannot keep. This brings back memories for Eraser Head.
Flashback to Eraser Head's high school days at UA.
