Since my TV is on Cartoon Network 24/7 (I have a younger brother...nuf said), the advertisements are plentiful. For those who may not have seen, the new "Transformers Revenge of the Fallen" movie is set to open in theatres on June 24th. You can find the link to the official site that includes a trailer HERE! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this movie will surpass both Star Trek and Night at the Museum. Its very possible!

Recently, Yahoo Geocities announced they were going to shut down their free accounts. This means that anyone with a Geocities "Free" website must find another host. They haven't announced an actual day, but they indicate that the close will come the end of this year. My "Free Image Area" happens to reside on a Geocities server. Therefore, I'll be shifting some things around in the next few weeks.

You may notice that I'm planning to add a section that will be all about Gundam. (Don't click on it...there is nothing yet.) Seems like every year or two a new Gundam series airs. This year is no different with the announcement of the new series, Gundam Unicorn, that will begin airing in Japan the Winter of this year. I'm looking forward to putting together as much information as possible on this ageless franchise.

On a different note, I've been doing some clean-up after discovering many bad links when I lost one of my servers months ago.

First of all….sorry for the lag in updates. We had out-of-town guests, and anime became a 2nd priority. I'll try to keep the updates more frequent in the future.

Those of you who watched Gundam 00 on the SCI FI Channel (US) will be happy to learn that the 2nd Season is scheduled to air on Monday, June 29th at 11:00pm Eastern Time. If you're a fan of this series and are anxiously awaiting the DVD's, then you won't have to wait much longer. According to Right Stuf International, Season I Part I of the series will hit the retail shelves on June 16th. I've already pre-ordered it….have you??

On a final note: Bakugan New Vestroia is set to air this Saturday at 11:00am on Cartoon Network. Don't miss the first episode of the new season!!

VIZ Media has announced that several of their series will run on on the FUNimation Channel, the anime network from FUNimation Entertainment. They will make their debut in late Spring and Summer of 2009. The anticipated series will be BUSO RENKIN, HONEY AND CLOVER, HUNTER X HUNTER, MONSTER, and NANA.

Buso Renkin and Hunter X Hunter have had some or all of their episodes released on DVD. The others have not, but the fact that they are airing "could" mean their DVD release is coming. I'm keeping my fingers crossed since, unfortunately, I do not get the FUNimation Channel in my area.
