Rules for Submission of Fanfiction & Fanart

First of all I want to extend my thanks to you for having enough interest in my site to want to contribute your hard work. Arigatou! As with all sites, there are some rules that must be followed.

  
    1. Due to the number of Virus's out there, you MUST MUST MUST put that 
       you are submitting a fanfic on the subject line of your email. Trust me, 
       if I receive an email large in size with no subject, I will delete it 
       without even opening it. Better to be safe than sorry.
       
    2. Please include your name or code name so that I may credit you.  Also, 
       let me know which anime forum (Card Captors, Digimon, etc.) you want.
       A brief, couple sentence summary would speed things up, as it could take
       a few weeks before your fic is posted.
            
    3. Although I truly believe in "To Each Their Own," I want this site to 
       be for all ages.  Therefore, I must make restrictions.  Please NO
       hentai, yaoi (boy + boy), or yuri (girl + girl).  The good news is there
       are hundreds of other sites that allow for this.
                 
    4. Due to server restrictions, I cannot post a fic that contains OVERLY
       excessive cussing which includes the F*** word...other mild cussing 
       is permitted.
                 
    5. If this is a fanfiction, please send it as .txt .doc or .html file.  
       Although, I may love your fic, I do not have the time to re-type it all.
            
    6. Also with fanfictions, please use spell check to correct spelling errors.
            
    7. Please don't submit anything that is too short. Wait until you have a 
       few chapters, then submit it.

    8. Understand that an uncompleted fic may be removed from this site after a
       12 - 14 month gap in updates (Heck...that's longer than most sites exist).

    9. I will be placing a per week limit based on the anime. For example, I may 
       accept 3 Zoids, 3 Digimon, 3 Pilot Candidate, etc. Get the picture. 
     
   10. If this is fanart, it must be attached to your email as a .jpg or .gif 
       (please NO .bmp).  File size MUST not be larger than 40k. I am 
       really sorry, but if it is larger than 40k, it will not be posted.  
               
   11. Don't take someone else's work and claim it as you own.  That is 
       just plain wrong.  Have a conscience, please!
         
    Email me with your submissions at Julie@animeadmirers.com, and I will do
    my best to post them as soon as possible.

Rules for Gif Requests

I'm really sorry that it had to come to this, but the abuse from direct linking was getting out of hand. Since January/2002 only one gif is displayed at a time. The gif that is currently displaying on my site is not available until it is replaced. Many of the gifs I have made can be seen by CLICKING HERE. Here are my rules for gif requests:

    1. You may have a total of 5 gifs, however, only 3 can come from the same anime. In other words, if you only want Zoid gifs than you can only have a total of 3.

    2. You must email me with the name of your site or if you do not have a site, please explain how you want to use them. If you are using them on your site, you should credit me (it's the right thing to do).

    3. In your email please let me know which gifs you would like. I promise that within 10 days, if all checks out, you will be sent your gifs as an attachment in an email from me.

IF ALL THE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, YOUR EMAIL WILL NOT BE ANSWERED.
