S-CRY-ED EPISODES 13-16 SUMMARIES

Lost Ground

Memories of Kimishima weigh heavily on Kazuma as his anger towards HOLY intensifies. He goes on a destructive rampage completely annihilating those responsible for abducting Kanami and, in the process, retrieves Kimishima's vehicle. It was only fitting to place his partner's body in a cherished vehicle. While Kanami watches, Kazuma says his final goodbyes to a long-time friend. Kanami sheds tears of sorrow while Kazuma holds his emotions inside claiming he is use to pain, betrayal and even farewell. As they are talking, he sees trucks belonging to HOLY in the distance and leaves in his "alter" state.

Not too far off, Mimori and Tachibana are walking in hopes of finding Kazuma. Tachibana is surprised when Mimori tells him that the captured alter users were taken to the mainland and experiments were being conducted on them. Before she is able to tell him more, they hear an explosion and see smoke coming from beyond the mountains. It's Kazuma attacking the Holy transports and its members. Even Sheris is not protected from Kazuma's wrath.

Unaware of the turmoil Kazuma is causing, Ryuho and Urizane arrive at Kanami's home. When young Kanami lets Kazuma's name slip, Ryuho's anger towards the criminal alter user gets the best of him. He unleashes Zetsuei on the dwelling Kanami shared with Kazuma, and then insists the young girl tell him where Kazuma is. As Zetsuei aims it's deadly arms at the child, a weak, apologetic message is transmitted from Sheris. Ryuho clenches his fists when he picks up Kazuma's voice on the other end. The two enemies scream their hatred towards one another.

The next scene shows Ryuho and Urizane arriving back (using watermelon boy's special transport system...ha, ha) at the HOLY devastation. Ryuho orders Urizane to take care of the unconscious Sheris while he goes off to face his mortal enemy. At the same time, Kazuma arrives home to find a shaken Kanami. Enraged....he, too, goes to face the man he's grown to hate. It's Ryuho and Kazuma ready for battle....one seeking divine judgment and the other seeking revenge!! How interesting this is to their Commander who watches everything from telepathic images sent from Elian. Zigmarl will soon learn that someone else is watching....someone soooo fast that his presence is normally undetected. (I'm not gonna tell you....if you've been watching, you should know. (^_~))

Returning to the battle, Ryuho and Kazuma are exchanging blow after blow.....It's Zetsuei versus shell bullet. When Zetsuei's elastic sword, Nesshin, doesn't work, Ryuho orders the use of the detachable sword, Hikaryu, on Kazuma's impending shockwave of the last bullet. In addition, Ryuho adds a missile-type attack called the Rairyu. Kazuma is able to take the blows from Zetsuei and continue fighting. (Ok, I'll admit it...I'm LMAO at this point. The two are screaming so much they're going to need throat medication. Ooops, I shouldn't make light of such a serious matter....back to the show.)

The shockwaves from their battle is felt by those who are nearby. Tachibana and Mimori see a battered Kanami. The young girl passes out and in her dream sends Kazuma encouragement. "Don't lose," she tells him. With those words of hope, as well as radiance from Kimishina, Kazuma's alter power intensifies. His transformation is so powerful that everyone close by must flee the dangerous area. Straight Cougar arrives to take a frantic Mimori, as well as, Tachibana, and Kanami to safety while Urizane exits taking a screaming Sheris.

Kazuma's strange ability places him and Ryuho in an unusual dimension. Inside the strange surroundings Ryuho becomes enraged when he's sees the alter that had eluded him since his mother's death. So enraged that his alter goes out of control!!! The destructive alter is causing damage comparable to an earthquake measuring 8.5 on the Richter scale. Even though the others thought they were away from danger, no one on the Lost Ground is spared. The Commander screams for Elian to get out of there, while the Earth seems to swallow Mimori and the rest. It's total chaos even in the city where people are being evacuated and that includes the HOLD building!

When all is said and done, the disaster is labeled the re-eruption of the Lost Grounds. It was so destructive that is caused chaos and destruction on the outskirts of the mainland as well. What happened to everyone? Did they survive this catastrophe??? Watch the next episode to find out!!

Kyoji Mujo

It has been 8 long months since the chaos occurred as a result of the fight between Kazuma and Ryuho, and since that time Kanami no longer dreams of the man she was so fond of.

Elsewhere in the Lost Grounds, Tachibana, Mimori and even Straight are doing their best to locate Ryuho and Kazuma. They are not having much luck. Straight explains to Tachibana how the thing that creates the Alters are joined in some power form or another. The different powered Alter Users seem to be relating to that source of power and the way it's linked. Mimori says that in the mainland Alter Users are used to open a gate to both dimensions. What would Ryuho do if he was used for that purpose?...At that point a pretty song plays while scenes of a despondent Sheris are shown.

When the song ends, the scene changes to a work camp where ruthless men are working poor citizens to the ground. They threaten them by saying their leader is an Alter user who is able to protect them from HOLD, but are these people any better off? Among the workers is Kanami. She gets into unwarranted trouble when she asks if a friend may rest. The result is the child getting assigned double work. That evening Kanami is comforted by an old woman. The young girl begins to sob...she misses Kazuma sooo much.

Back at the mainland, government and military leaders are meeting. They are angry because of the new land array that has emerged with the re-eruption of the natural phenomenon. It would seem that to obtain information on the city and the outskirt inhabitants is near impossible. They can't even get a definite population-count on the citizens. Commander Martin Jigmar is placed under scrutiny. As tempers flare, a sly-looking man enters the meeting. he introduces himself as Mujo Kyoji, the new special advisor that has been appointed from the mainland. Kyoji asks to speak with Jigmar alone.

Once they are alone, Commander Jigmar asks if he will be sent to the mainland. Kyoji explains that although he, himself will determine the final outcome, Jigmar will remain in charge of HOLY. He further explains that all 48 members of HOLY that were on standby have been sent to the mainland. Only 7 Alters will fall under the Commander's reign. As they are talking, Elian is secretly listening to everything that is said.

Well, well, well....back at the work camp, we find that it is none other than Biff and his gang who are using these poor people. He gloats how if he would have taken up Kimishima's offer, he would have been captured. Biff orders his men to put more people on the cave excavation. The workers get angry....this is not what they were promised. The lack of cooperation causes Biff's men to lash out more violently particularly on one cloaked man that was abducted just recently.

A distance away, Straight arrives at the office of Tachibana and Mimori. Although annoying, he does provide Mimori with information about a powerful alter user who has surfaced. He calls it a present since her birthday is October 3rd. As he rambles on and on, Tachibana and Mimori leave to investigate.

In the next scene we find Kanami is working so hard she collapses. Luckily, the cloaked man is there to catch her. When the child looks up, she sees the old woman from the night before getting beaten. Kanami goes to protect the woman and is willing to take a beating herself. The child is saved when the cloaked man insists that Biff's gang members leave these people alone. Of course, that doesn't sit well with them, and they pull off his hood. Imagine Kanami's surprise when she sees that it is the very man who fought with Kazuma...."Ryuho!!" Imagine the gang member's surprise when he easily kicks all of their butts. "Repent for your crimes," he says.

After the fight, the villagers warn Ryuho of a powerful Alter User just as Biff appears. The large man unleashes his octopus Alter. Biff uses the arms of his Alter to encompass Ryuho and send him crashing into the mountain. He then slaps the former Holy member around demanding he apologize and work for him. Ryuho becomes angry...knowing this man is evil. Without cooperation, Biff prepares his Alter's arms to pierce their captive. Ryuho begins to iridescently glow. His alter strength allows him to break free and pummel Biff. "Who are you?" Biff screams. "I don't even know myself..." Ryuho answers and proceeds to finish off the offender. The over-worked villagers are amazed. Seeing their boss defeated, the gang members flee. Kanami approaches Ryuho delicately asking about Kazuma. Ryuho has a fearful reaction to the name as memories flash in his head.

In HOLY's vehicle Sheris gets an urgent report from the Inner section of some sort of trouble going on. She orders a departure at once.

Elsewhere, In a dark and damp building, a huge man orders a young boy to open a heavily locked door. Inside he demands the inhabitant to get ready...there is a job for him. That person turns around reluctantly.....it's none other than "Kazuma"....

Stray Man

It's coming!

So Kigetsuki

A grief stricken Sheris explains to Urizane that Ryuho has lost his memory. She begs him to give her time to think of what can be done. Peering at the two unnoticed are the three Tokonatsu sisters. They're anxious to put their commander's plan into action.

The people cheer when they hear that Ryuho has kept Holy away....at least for a while. What's this?? Why is Unkei approaching the camp. Is he responsible in some way for the villager's optimism?

Later, Sheris timidly approaches Ryuho saying she only wishes to talk. He asks her about his past, and she tells him. At first she tells him that the two of them were lovers, but she admits that was not the case, and it was only her unrequited love. She pleads with him to return to Holy, but he feels an obligation to help the people rebuild. She says in that case she will stay with him. (Seems it was Ryuho who saved her from a ruthless gang of vigilantes out to exterminate alter users. He then recommended her into the Holy Division.) He doesn't quite believe her offer and asks for some time. As she is returning to Holy, Kigetsuki of Holy says to leave it to him. Suddenly, she is surrounded by Tokonatsu. Her scream echo's through the canyon.

The scene switches to Ryuho. The Tokonatsu approach him claiming to be servants of the Ryu family and show him a picture. They hypnotize him into remembering 7years ago, but the past is not accurate. Banka has replaced Mimori in the memory. Ah Hah! Seems Unkei the story maker is still a part of Holy, and what is currently happening is one of his mad script scenarios which alters the human mind. Ryuho is told the three girls are his future brides, and he must pick one.

Just as they are urging Ryuho to come back to his home, Kanami walks up. Unkei is furious as she is not a part of his story. The young girl is frightened and tells Ryuho the people he is talking to are not human. She takes him back with her much to Kigetsuki and Unkei's chagrin. Not far off, Urizane has found Sheris unconscious.

That evening, the three Tokonatsu approach Ryuho once again, but this time they have kept Kanami out of the picture by rendering her unconscious. They're able to fool him enough to provoke his power. Little did they know that Ryuho would envision Kazuma and that snapped him out of their little charade. He frightens them with his power. However, his memories have returned. Ryuho sees Kanami and demands an explanation for what is going on. They say they were sent by the Commander to help get his memories back, but Ryuho isn't buying it. When Kigetsuki attempts to use Kanami as a threat, Urizane and Sheris arrive to help.

Ryuho prepares to take on the two conniving Holy members, but Kigetsuki escapes with his three girls. Ryuho turns his attention to Unkei and instructs Zetsuei to use it's detachable sword, "HIKARYU." Unkei disappears from the impact. It looks like he's written his last story. Ryuho thanks Urizane. Sheris says after what has happened, she will not be returning to Holy. Urizane understands, but says he will be returning.

The next scene is a crowded airport. Kazuma has forged a passport in the hopes of heading towards the mainland. A familiar voice asks to use the seat next to him. What a surprise....it's Ayase!
