A military blockade stands in the way of the approaching Kazuma and Ryuho. They are ready for a fight. While inside, the newly energized Kyoji is aroused by the approaching angry boys. He draws on Kanami's alter to see inside their very thoughts and feelings. Martin Zigmar silently peers down at the deranged man. "There's not much time left....Now's the time to make a decision...." he says seriously.

At the lost ground, Tachibana has decided to stay and help the injured people while Sheris and Mimori want to venture into the city to help in any way they can. Straight Cougar fears it may be too dangerous for the women. He resolves to drive them, but the girls are in for a wild ride.

Back in the city, Kazuma and Ryuho have arrived with a bang! They easily take down the military blockade. As they approach the entrance to HOLY, both feel a newfound respect for the other. Upon entering the building the two separate. It's unfortunate that Kyoji is watching their every move.

Meanwhile, Urizane and Elian are checking the damage to the Earth's crust. Elsewhere inside the building, Kyoji is making his own sinister preparations.

The next scene shows Ryuho walking down one of the long corridors when he comes face to face with his former Captain, Martin Zigmar. The two talk angrily of the alter user abuse until the Captain unleashes his own alter. It's the first time he's shown anyone his true power! By combining the fusion attachment system and the self activation system, Zigmar is able to exhibit his powerful alter. The name given to it by the mainlanders was Alter Alias. This alter was first discovered in the Murage Special Economics Area. Ryuho can't believe what he is seeing and unleashes Zetsuei to attack, but the Captain seems to erect a barrier. "You can't give me any impact just by speed alone!" he yells. Ryuho can see that the Captain's alter has the ability to control pressure, in other words it controls the air around the body. Physical attacks don't work on him. It seems Ryuho has met his match.

Elsewhere, Kazuma has once again come face to face with Biff and his Hammer alter, as well as a small army of Dars. He's not worried at all. Let the battle begin. Unfortunately, this battle will be difficult since every time Kazuma seems to defeat Biff, the large man is regenerated thanks to the band around his head and the young controller working for Kyoji.

Captain Zigmar is aging quickly and fighting with great strength. He continues to instigate more anger from Ryuho. He tells Ryuho that the other dimension he's been to is a crystallization of the area where his mother died six years ago. What Ryuho believed was an alter that killed his mother was actually a crystal that was looking for an alter due to suffocation. That crystal was attracted to Ryuho. The tragedy that caused his mother's death was actually caused by him, however, because of it, Ryuho was able to crystallize Zetsuei. The one who caused the Great Protuberance Phenomenon is no longer in this world, but the door to the other world that opened periodically had still remained! The Captain longed for the power of the crystal. His constant antagonism has finally gone too far. Ryuho's anger escalates! He is surrounded by a pillar of light and floats in the other dimension. "All I wanted was a place where everybody could live and be treated right..." Ryuho says as his body seems to enter Zetsuei. When the light disappears, Captain Zigmar is delighted and relieved.... "You've finally acquired it, Ryuho," Zigmar screams before being taken down by Ryuho's ultimate form...

Outside Kazuma has used his 12th shot and still the battle rages on. Kazuma's emotions get the best of him, and he tearfully asks, "Why have you taken the other side? Don't make me fight any further like this!" Seeing this....Biff's emotions shatter the band around his head. The masks on the Dars crumble and fall to the ground. The foundation under Biff's huge alter begins to crumble. The large man doesn't prevent his eminent doom. He simply smiles in a manner that says, "you win," before falling to his death. Kazuma is devastated and in pain. "I will crush you, Kyoji!" he screams.

In the next scene, Urizane enters to find Ryuho kneeling over the body of a very elderly man. "Who is that?" the watermelon man asks. When Ryuho answers it's the Captain, Elian runs to the fallen man in tears. "Father....father!!!" he cries. What a surprise to find that Elian is Captain Zigmar's son. Artificially created from a part of him (I know what part...do you?). Before leaving this world, the now elderly commander explains that the true purpose of this confrontation was to get Ryuho to gain his full potential. It is the only way that Kyoji can be defeated. He gives his final commands before succumbing to the afterlife. Ryuho walks off to put a stop to Kyoji once and for all.

Arriving at Holy's front entrance is Cougar, Mimori and Sheris. Mimori determines that the material covering the building is organic but also electric in structure. Sheris leaves to find Ryuho, while Mimori has discovered something important that she can do.

The sinister Kyoji walks down the pathway irritated that there are still people with immense power making him angry. "Playtime is over!" he claims.

What does this evil man have in store? We'll find out in the next exciting episode.
