S-CRY-ED EPISODES 25-26 SUMMARIESNativeWonderful Summary by Lily....thank you.
After the fight against Koji Mujo, Kazuma and Ryuho are exhausted...even if they're too stubborn to admit it. Ryuho says that now they must go up against the Mainland. Tachibana uses his eternity eight balls to help them out of the ruins telling them that they could accomplish much more if each would just work together. After a few moments the two break free from Tachibana's eternity eight with a new surge of energy. Kazuma and Ryuho walk in opposite directions leaving Tachibana alone and frustrated. Later, Mimori and Tachibana speak of the fate of the Lost Ground. The City has stopped functioning and worse yet, the Mainland won't be sending any supplies or other goods. He fears the Lost Ground will just become more devastated. Mimori tells him that the people will have to try to live without the help from the Mainland or they won't be able to survive. She also tells him that it's because of Ryuho and Kazuma's independent spirit that their Alter power became so strong. Mimori walks outside and approaches a worried Kanami. As they express their confidence in Ryuho and Kazuma's return, a helicopter from the Mainland flies overhead. At the airport the transportation of the citizens wishing to return to Murage Special Economics Zone (only 20%) has been completed. On the landing strip, a military leader ensures that the mainland will be in charge of protecting the Murage Zone and as far as alter users....not to worry for they have some on their side as well. He turns to face a line of Dars. Suddenly, the ground erupts and Kazuma appears. He transforms into his Alter armor. On the other side of the airport, Ryuho is easily slicing through planes all the while warning the Mainland that he will do everything he can to protect his home. After all the destruction, Kazuma lies on a rock and watches the last two transport helicopters fly away. Watching from a distance, former Holy members Elian and Urizane make the decision to plant their own watermelon field and leave the fighting to the strongest Alters....Ryuho and Kazuma. The next scene shows the people in collapsed areas gaining strength. They know they cannot rely on the Mainland anymore. These people begin to ban together to rebuild and survive without the Mainland's support. Elsewhere, Kanami leaves Mimori and Tachibana to work at a nearby farm. Once the young child is gone, Tachibana senses a familiar figure. He tells Mimori that he 'forgot some documents' in the car and asks Mimori if she can get them for him. Mimori retrieves the documents and (to her surprise) spots Ryuho. He encourages her to go back to the Mainland. Mimori tells him that she won't go anywhere without him. Then she tells him that this was how she wanted to live her life. Ryuho tells her that he, too, will follow his path. He turns and starts to walk away. Mimori calls for him and runs towards him hugging him from behind. She asks if their paths will ever meet again and confesses her love for him. Ryuho pulls away and makes his Alter armor surround him. Mimori sees the diamond figure on his top right shoulder and saw that it was the same as her necklace. Ryuho disappears. Kanami takes a rest from her farm work. She sleeps on a pile of hay dreaming of Kazuma. She wakes up suddenly knowing that it isn't a dream. She sees Kazuma, and he explains that he has to go away for a little while. Then from his thoughts Kanami can hear him saying "Goodbye Kanami" and tells him that she can hear it from her alter power. Kazuma backs away and starts walking. Kanami calls for him but she knows that there is a battle he still has to fight. A while after his meeting with Kanami, Kazuma in standing on a ledge watching the ocean when Ryuho drives up. The two argue about where their priorities should lie. Fight the Mainland or return to those who love them? An approaching barrage of Mainland military make the decision easy for them as they embark on a vigorous battle. Donning their Alter armor, Kazuma and Ryuho annihilate the Mainland troupes. As a result the Mainland leaders decide to stop fighting for a while. It's now evening and Kanami and Mimori are about to fall asleep. Kanami gazes at the necklace made from Ryuho's alter. Mimori tells her that as long as she has that necklace, she knows Ryuho is ok. Kanami admits that she can feel Kazuma and now that she is holding the necklace she can feel Ryuho too. They know that everyone must become stronger so that Kazuma and Ryuho's fighting has purpose. The final scenes show the Inner's working to rebuild their community. Elian and Urizane are working in the fields. Mimori is teaching at the school. Tachibana gets a surprise visit from Cammy, and Kanami continues her work on the farm. Ryuho and Kazuma watch for interference from the Mainland. Since things are quiet, they are about to separate, but realize there is one last thing they wanted to do. They face one another ready to begin their greatest fight ever. Dream
Ryuho and Kazuma have a score to settle. The two engage in a gruesome battle to determine the strongest. The intensity of their fight is heard by Urizane and Elian who are working in the fields. Not wanting to miss the action, Elian sets himself up as a transmitter so everyone in the Lost Ground can watch the incredible confrontation between the two powerful alter users. Mimori and Kanami drive up and watch from a safe distance. Although they don't agree with the guy's methods, they try to understand Kazuma and Ryuho's reasoning. The Lost Ground residents watch in amazement including Tachibana and Cammy (They ended up a couple....kawaii). Another onlooker is Cougar, who appeared very comfortable in his lounge chair under the sun. Unfortunately, he seemed to have drawn his last breaths silently cheering his younger brother on. In the end, there is really no clear cut winner. Just two bruised and beaten men unwilling to concede. Then again...you could say their battle defines the moral of this series......."NEVER GIVE UP!" |
