Mew Mew Generation

It all starts out with a love story ending as a disaster. One by one, 
the new Mew Mew Generation help out in Japan. But how about Tokyo Mew 
Mew in America? Read to find out what happens… Wish Cherry Scepter Aura!

Chapter One: Cherry Cat

     “Umm… Kirotoko-kun… Will you… will you come with… with me… to the… 
café across the park?” Kimofati Chira asks Kirotoko Kesuga shyly. 
Kesuga smiles and answers, “Sure! I wanted to go there for a long time! 
Thanks for asking Kimofati-san.” Chira smiles makes a sigh of relief. 
Kesuga replies, “Twelve on Sunday?” Chira smiles. “Oh… okay. Arigatou!” 
Kesuga smiles and runs off saying, “No, arigatou!” Chira smiles at the 
thought of being on a date with her first crush. “Kirotoko-kun,” she 
happily thinks in her thoughts. Then she screams, “Hanyaaan!” Her long, red 
hair flies with the wind. She smiles and thinks of nothing but the 
little date the rest of the day. “Kirotoko-kun…”
     Meanwhile, at Café Mew Mew. “Girls,” Shirogane Ryu starts off. 
“These next few days you will need to stay at America. Unfortunately, a 
few Chimera Anima were spotted there… Okay, thousands. We’ll need to 
close the café until you girls get back.” Momomiya Ichigo was shocked at 
the news. She would have to leave Aoyama Masaya in Japan. “Aoyama-kun…” 
Ichigo whispers to herself. “I’ll to come back as soon as possible.”
     The next day, a Friday, the Mew Mews flew by plane to America. 
Shirogane Ryu and Akasaka Keiichirou stayed behind to watch the café. It 
would be closed for a month.
     At school, Chira finished all her work exceptionally quick. She 
wanted to get to her homework so she didn’t have to do any work on the 
weekend. She hated being an eighth grader, but soon she would head to 
ninth, and after that, she would go off to high school. The young redhead 
was thankful that she wasn’t in ninth grade and then heading to high 
school. She sighed. Being thirteen was hard for her. And now, she had to 
watch her little brother and two sisters when her parents went out. The 
bell rang ending school. Chira finished her homework right on time. She 
then went home.
     In America, the population of the Chimera Anima went crazy! From 
one thousand to five thousand in just twelve hours! The Mews had lots of 
work to do: Strawberry Check! Mint Echo! Lettuce Rush! Pudding Ring 
Inferno! Zakuro Spear! Strawberry Surprise! Ribbon Love Berry Check! (I 
want to add Berii-chan!) Lots of Chimera Anima died. But more and more 
came! Where did all these creatures and beasts come from?
     On Saturday, Chira got all of her clothes and money out. She 
wanted to get ready for her first date with her first crush. She smiles - 
the young shy girl was very clumsy, but exceptionally intelligent. She 
planned out what she would do when she gets there. After all the 
planning, she went to bed for the night. “Oyasumi nasai…”
     On Sunday, Chira wakes up and gets dressed; she is wearing a 
bright blue shirt, navy blue skort, baby blue knee-high socks, brown shoes, 
and her hair in two looped braids. “Hannyaaaaan! Today’s the big day!” 
She runs down the stairs - almost falling down the whole way - and eats 
breakfast; she barely ate - she wanted to save some room for all the 
treats at the cafe!
     Soon, the door bell rings at about half past eleven. 
“Kirotoko-kun!” shrieks Chira. “ I’ll get it!” Her parents smiles at her. They were 
happy for her having a young love. The little brother and sisters were 
still too young to understand true love (sigh). Chira opens the door 
and Kesuga - with his shortcut brown hair and green eyes, wearing a blue 
shirt and a pair of blue jeans- asks her, “Ready?” Chira smiles and 
waves good-bye to her family. “Sayonara!” They walk off together and head 
towards the café.
     When they get there, a closed sign is found hanging on the café 
door. “Closed?” asks Chira. She thinks, “The café can’t seriously be 
closed. I have to go on this date with Kirotoko-kun! I love him too much 
for this to backfire. Keeyaah!” Kesuga sighs sadly. “We should come back 
when it’s opened. Gomen nasai Kimofati-san.” Chira shakes off the 
tension. “It’s okay,” she lies. Then, out of nowhere, a Aqua Mutate - my new 
creature which is Chimera Anima with a big power boost of Mew Aqua - 
lands in front of Chira and Kesuga! Kesuga pushes Chira behind him trying 
to protect her. This is big trouble.
     In the café’s secret laboratory, Keiichirou reports the Aqua 
Mutate located in front of their café with two humans within attacking 
range! This is big trouble. Keiichirou tries to contact Tokyo Mew Mew, but 
they had their hands full with the spreading of the Chimera Anima. 
Keiichirou calls Ryu on what they would do. He exhales deeply. His blue eyes 
stare into the deep abyss thinking, “This is trouble for those humans, 
and our café…” Then, a risky idea pops into his head.
     Kesuga and Chira tries to scare away the Aqua Mutate, but they 
make it even more furious and vigorous. Chira wanted to turn invisible at 
that instant. Kesuga then makes a move catching the attention of the 
Aqua Mutate and allows Chira to escape. She didn’t want to leave him with 
the creature. Chira then picks up a stone and hurls it at the beast. 
“Hya!” She aimed perfectly and made a direct hit. “Oh yeah!” The enraged 
Aqua Mutate turns towards Chira. She gulps and quietly says, “Uh, oh!” 
Kesuga swiftly dashes to Chira to protect her. He didn’t want her to 
get hurt.
     “Now!” says Ryu. A bright glow surrounds Chira and throws Kesuga 
towards the wall of the café knocking him unconscious. (I bet you know 
of what’s going to happen next.) Chira sees a figure of a small cat, but 
it wasn’t black like Ichigo’s animal. This one is white with black 
spots. “A snow leopard?” The cat grows until it is at the size of an 
average adult. It then turns ghostly and darts towards Chira. “Hmm? This 
actually feels… Nice…”
     Chira wakes to find herself as a Mew Mew. She had a similar 
costume as Ichigo’s, only a bit different; she had her long hair in looped 
braids, and her boots were short like Minto’s only red like Ichigo‘s 
boots with big bow at the area where the tongue of the shoe would be, and 
she had the same kind of choker as Ichigo, arm braces and leg brace as 
Ichigo, and her gloves were like Ichigo and Berii’s only the same color 
as Ichigo and big bows on the top of both her gloves, two white ears 
with a spot on each, a fluffy tail with spots and a big bow tied near the 
end, and she had the same puffy outfit as Ichigo and Berii only she had 
a big bow on the top-center area of her costume, and her entire costume 
was a way darker color than Ichigo’s. She looks at the wall of the café 
and sees Kesuga lying there unconscious. She then sees the Aqua Mutate 
diving at her. She dodges the tackle by jumping all the way up into the 
sky. “Nani?!” remarks Chira. She darts towards the roof of the café and 
tries to calm herself down. “Am I a Mew Mew? I definitely look like 
one.” She sees the monster staring at Kesuga. “Oh no!” Chira thinks to 
herself. She jumps down and tries to kick the monster. She aims and goes 
for it. “Nani?! Keyaahh!” She barely dented it. She jumps back while 
gaining the attention of the Aqua Mutate. “What am I to do?”
     Ryu and Keiichirou run outside and orders Chira to do the attack 
“Pink Light.” She starts to grow puzzled. “Pink Light?” She shrugs and 
deeply inhales. Exhales. “Here I go! Pink Light!” She raises her hand 
and a big orb of pink light appears. She instantly throws the orb at the 
Aqua Mutate. It makes a dent at the Aqua Mutate’s leg. It jumps up and 
runs away.
     Chira turns back into a human and runs over to Kesuga. 
“Kirotoko-kun!” she yells. Ryu and Keiichirou walk over to Chira. “He’ll be 
alright, but I think you two need to come in the café to bring yourself 
together.” Chira nods saying, “Hai…”
     Keiichirou and Ryu enter the café first carrying Kesuga, while 
Chira follows in behind. “Wah! Kawaii!” Chira shrieks, and she is totally 
right. The café is splendidly cute, as everyone says. “Would you like 
anything?” offers Keiichirou. Chira’s eyes widen and the yummy offer. 
“Can I… I have a… a piece of cake?” Chira asks shyly. Keiichirou smiles 
charmingly. “Hai. What kind?” Chira thinks and asks, “Can I have one 
with strawberries… and cherries?” Keiichirou answers with a smile, “I’ll 
be right back.” He heads off.
     Then, Ryu walks in and Chira asks, “Is Kirotoko-kun alright?” Ryu 
nods. “He just woke up, but I told him to rest.” Chira asks, “Do you… 
know… what happened to me? I… know you… know.” Ryu smiles. “You need to 
keep this as a secret. You became a Mew Mew, Mew Cherry.” Chira gasps. 
“Nani?! A Mew Mew?! Mew Cherry?! How do you know this?!” Ryu sighs. 
“Well, me and Keiichirou -” Chira interrupts, “Keiichirou? Who’s that?” 
Ryu explains, “The one with the long brown hair is Akasaka Keiichirou and 
I am Shirogane Ryou.” Chira introduces herself, “I am Kimofati Chira 
and that is Kirotoko Kesuga.” Ryu continues, “Keiichiro and I started an 
experiment call the “Mew Project,” and we had to polymerize you with a 
DNAnimal - it’s a new term for Red Data Animal - in order to save you 
and your boyfriend.” Chira instantly blushes. She blurts out, “He’s not 
my boyfriend!” Keiichirou walked in with the cake and Kesuga woke up in 
time to eat some cake. The four ate the delicious cherry-strawberry 
pastry, so Chira and Kesuga did get to eat at Café Mew Mew.
     Kesuga walks Chira home. The only thing that was on her mind was 
the fact of being a Mew Mew. Who knows what adventure is in store for 
tomorrow…
