Highlights:
Arashi catches Penne just as she was about to sabotage the Liger. He is shocked to learn that Penne is a spy for Foiegras, one of the four heavenly kings of the Death Metal Empire. (Although she tries to act tough, I don't think she is a "willing" spy. I believe she is getting blackmailed.)
An angry Arashi challenges Penne and the two end up battling. Penne is defeated when Arashi uses his Wild Blast. In his heart Arashi still believes in Penne, and he tells her so.
That evening, Penne puts a sleeping concoction in Arashi and Onigiri's food. Once they are asleep, she places her Freedom badge in a sleeping Arashi's hand. Even though she did not complete her mission, Penne leaves for Death Metal. She has a new mission in mind.
