Key events that take place during this episode:
Eren has a hard time going titan mainly due to the fact that the female titan is Annie.
Flashback of a meeting that took place between members of the Survey Corps. Armin explains why he believes Annie is the female titan.
Returning to Stohess, Eren sustains serious injuries from Annie's fallen debris. (This does not take place in volume 8 of the manga.)
Hange heads up another attempt to capture the female titan, but that fails as well.
Armin's words, "to rise above monsters, we have to abandon our humanity," finally hit home, and Eren is able to go titan!
The two titans are duking it out in the middle of Stohess causing a massive loss of human lives!
