Episode 36: The Graduation Exam Begins

The writtten exam is over and Boruto scored 100% even without knowing the questions in advance. The Practical exam is approaching, and Kakashi feels Boruto is too over confident.
When the Practical exam begins, Shino explains what will take place. First, each student must tie a white bandana around their head as it represents their life. If it is taken from them, they fail. The exam will be conducted as an actual combat situation. the entire forest is the arena. The time limit is 24 hours. To the students surprise, Kakashi (Lord Sixth) is the proctor. Shino, Konohamaru, and Anko will be acting as Lord Sixth' body guards. A disk in their chest area are the students target. If they destroy it, the instructors are no longer able to fight. Like in the first season of Naruto, Kakashi will be wearing the small bell. If it can be removed from him, they pass, but they need to get through his body guards first.
Each of the students are confronted by either Shino, Konohamaru or Anko, but thanks to Mitsuki, Boruto manages to face off with Lord Sixth. Boruto's overconfidence causes him to underestimate Kakashi's strength. The episode ends with Boruto struggling as he is held against the ground. Kakashi tells the boy, " You excel all around, and you are a cut above the rest. You have the skills of a genin... no, you have the skill level of a chunin, and that's the reason why this is the end of the line for you."
