DIGIMON SAVERS EPISODE 1

I am Masaru! Cockatrimon Attacks!

A renegade digimon has entered the human world. Yoshino of Dats (Digital Accident Tactics Squad) is sent to investigate and retrieve. Upon arriving at the designated location, Yoshino finds that the raptor-type Digimon is about to partake in a fistfight with an arrogant boy who calls himself the #1 street fighter in Japan. The members of Dats look on surprised and helpless as the two exchange fists.

After the two fighters are totally exhausted, they shake hands and introduce themselves. Yoshino, who was watching calls for her Digimon partner, Raramon. Sadly Agumon informs the boy that they have come to take him away. Hearing this, Masaru grabs the digimon and runs. There is a brief exchange of Digimon attacks, but Masaru and Agumon are able to escape.

While in hiding, Agumon becomes very hungry prompting Masaru to run out to get food. During his trip to the convenience store Masaru encounters Yoshino. After she tells him that only Dats has the food that Digimon need, the boy asks to be taken to their headquarters.

Once at Dats headquarters, Masaru has an opportunity to learn how they operate. He meets Captain Satsuma and Kudamon. The red haired boy is totally against them sending Agumon back to the Digital World. Just as they are talking, alarms sound indicating a digimon is attacking an establishment. They all assume it is Agumon.

Masaru runs to the location where he had left the small digimon, but Agumon is not there! When Masaru finally does find his digimon friend, they encounter the huge bird-type digimon, Cockatrimon (adult-type). This was the digimon causing the problems and NOT Agumon! Masaru and Agumon try to stop it, but a powerful attack renders the smaller digimon unconscious. Masaru is furious and charges at the Cockatrimon. Suddenly his hand begins to emit digital signals. A mysterious man, who was seen fishing nearby, throws a digivice at the young man telling him to use it along with the digisoul in his fist. "If you do that," he says, "your Agumon can evolve."

Masaru takes the device and shouts, "Digisoul....Charge!" Then....in a Tamers-like manner, Agumon digivolves to GeoGreymon. With his Mega Flame, GeoGreymon returns the Cockatrimon to a Digitama (digi-egg). Captain Satsuma is impressed and wants Masaru on his team, but can they convince this arrogant boy to join them? And another thing, just who is that mysterious old man? Watch and find out.......
