A mysterious phenomenon has been taking place. When a strange graffiti (red scribble) appears on a part of a photo taken by a smartphone (digital photos), something goes wrong with that part. Hair may grow sharply or a broken leg may occur. The strange condition will get worse within two days. And in 48 hours, something more disastrous happens to their body!
This phenomenon began to occur in Ruli. Her piano playing hands began to disappear from her fingertips. In addition, she senses that someone or something is watching her. Ruli becomes frightened when she can't find a way to stop her hands from fading away.
Hiro contacts Ruli and asks if anything strange is happening around her. He meets with her the following day at noon. Both Hiro and Gammamon see the digimon standing right behind her. It's Angoramon. He takes Hiro aside to talk. Angoramon explains the one harming Ruli is Dracumon. Dracumon uses evil eyes on both hands to play pranks on the digital photos of targeted humans. The nasty digimon moves through the internet watching targets suffer for 48 hours. According to the rumors of the digimon, Dracumon wants to materialize.
Hiro runs home to retrieve the second digivice. Just before giving it to Ruli, Dracumon springs from her phone. He bites Gammamon, and threatens to suck out all of Gammamon's data. Dracumon then uses "eye of nightmares" (wont work on people who cant see him) to put Hiro in a trance and control him. He does the same to Gammamon.
Angoramon slugs Gammamon right out of his trance. He tells the smaller digimon to do the same to Hiro. Hiro throws the digivice to Ruli and explains how to use it just before Dracumon zaps him again. Hiro approaches Ruli, and Angoramon tries to stop him, but unmaterialized digimon can't touch humans.
Ruli puts on the digivice and can see Angoramon. He says he likes listening to her piano and swears to protect her. Ruli materializes him. Somehow, she knew that using "Double Lariat and Pyon Dump" would increase his speed and power. He crushes Dracumon. Dracumon apologies and gives the eyes from his hands to Hiro. Everyone who was affected goes back to normal. Ruli hugs Angoramon saying, "So fluffy, I think I like you."
Afterwards and a distance away, Dracumon looks out into the city. "Idiot," he says, "I still got loads of back-up evil eyes." (This digimon will more than likely come back to haunt Hiro!)
