Digital devices from all over are not working. To get by, they've had to switch to analog. Even Hiro's father was spit out of the Digital World. The Digimon are heartbroken that they cannot return to their World.
Hiro has questions for Blacktailmon and wonders if there is a way to open a digital gate. They learn that their digital devices has a way to open a gate. They can pass through if they are with a digimon.
Kuzuhamon shows up telling them that she will open a digital gate for them. When she does, the children and their digimon pass through, but she reaches her limit before Hiro's father can.
Once in the digital world, they encounter Rafflesimon, a mega digimon who turns life into flowers and consumes them. Hiro has Betelgammamon fully evolve to Siriusmon. Everyone has been turned to flowers, and it looks like Siriusmon is in trouble.
Thankfully, Siriusmon is able to save them all, but a voice within him indicates that Gulusgammamon had a lot to do with saving them all!
They continue into the Digital World to find a non-moving cloud with what appears to be a city within it. A knight-like digimon appears before them saying they are not allowed to go any further.
