Kiyoshiro is a second-year junior high school student, who is the director of the Hazakura Academy's male student dormitory. He prefers to be called Dorm Leader in the dorms and Senpai on campus. He acts authoritative to the students in the dorm and follows the rules. Truth is... he is quite a coward, but not always. Certain times he can be bravely determined.
Kiyoshiro was called a prodigy as a child and sent to the Unites States to study. His genius allowed him to skip one grade after another and obtain his master's degree at the age of 13. He returned to Japan, because he loves manga and anime, and wanted to get the Japanese school life experience. His computer knowledge has come in handy when it comes to solving Digimon problems.
