Episode 25: Infiltrated At Last, The Deep Web!

Haru and the other Appli Drivers head to the Deep web, which makes up 99% of the internet. They are confronted by Pipomon, a warning Appmon. There is tight security. Once the kids get inside, they are surrounded, but the hooded digimon see Haru's seven code band, call them Minerva, and run away frightened. Rei goes off to find info on his brother. It appears that everyone in Cyber Kowloon hide their identities.
The kids find a secret door. Gatchmon says to be careful and that anything is possible in the deep web. They find secret files on aliens and weapons. And other unusual things. When they enter a door that appeared to be the exit, they encounter a worm (which is a program that corrupts data). Haru recklessly races out to save Drawmon, a paint Appmon. Once safely away from the worm, Drawmon tells them that if their data gets erased, even humans will die! Whoa! He explains; In order for humans to enter the internet, their entire being as a biological life form has to be converted into information. So, if that information disappears, then your biological self also disappears. So, if they are killed here, they are killed in real life!
A few moments later, Drawmon helps out when they are again attacked by the worms. He says he will lead them to Leviathan.
Meanwhile Rei has received bad news. He and Hackmon have found Hajime's file. It revealed experimental data on a technique that changes the human mind, the very soul, into computing data. Not just change human's into data, but it's a developed technique to change humans into data and then reconstruct that data into a completely different shape. The first successful execution of it was on Katsura Hajime. Hackmon asks a distraught Rei, "Are you still up for finding him?" Rei responds, "No matter what the cost or what form he is in, I will find Hajime!"
Back to the others, Drawmon has led them to an area where they are completely surrounded once again. Turns out Drawmon was working for Leviathan. "If I beat you in here, I will gain Leviathans full trust and become a major celebrity," He gloats. The kids are attacked by a gigantic worm. When Astra and Eri are in its grasp, Gatchmon goes ultimate to Globemon. He uses Schwert Cutter to destroy it, but went too far and destroyed some of the deep web. Just when they are about to be captured by Pipomon, Minerva allows them to escape.
Thankfully, they've arrived back at the library in one piece.
