Commander Sanada is studying the powers of the new robot. Somehow it's negative life sympathy has something to do with Kazuki. But what??

Meanwhile, Mitsuki Rara has been taken off observation. She gets a job in the kitchen and is adored by all. All, that is, except Mitsuki Sanada who is feeling the pangs of jealousy. Uh Oh...guess who else comes to live at the Commander's home?? Poor Kazuki...just how much food can this poor guy eat?

At Rara headquarters, Ayuko has gotten her hands on a top secret report explaining Kazuki's origin. She devises a sinister plan to do away with him.

A few days pass when Kazuki (definitely through prodding...guys can be so innocently dense sometimes) asks Mitsuki Rara on a date. Kazuki waits for hours at their meeting spot, but finally, in her place, Mitsuki Sanada shows up. Kazuki is outraged when he learns the UN has instructed Supervisor Akane Yamano to send Mitsuki back. He stops in front of the car and demands them to stop. His anger awakens Genmu. Akane gives in.....Mitsuki may stay.

Later an arranged battle takes place. As always, Kazuki is targeted. Genmu is really really strong and the Rara Army's prototype cannot compete. Wait a minute! What is this huge beam of energy aimed at Kazuki? Genmu appears to disintegrate...but does it??

Real

Kazuki finds himself and Genmu staring into the eyes of his classmates in his native world. Mitsuki's voice instructs him to head towards the sea. It seems one month has passed since the battle that caused the return to his own world.

Mitsuki takes Kazuki to see her father and .... what? The enemy commander?!?! In this world, however, Mr. Rara supplies the money for the professor's research....he is not an enemy. Within the research facility, Kazuki sees more familiar faces of those he met in the parallel world, but they don't recognize him. He misses the others. Mitsuki offers to take him to his home, although they must go disguised. You see when he first disappeared, Professor Sanada's excuse to Kazuki's parents was that the boy and Mitsuki had eloped.

Kazuki and Mitsuki are enjoying a fun filled day together when suddenly a large vessel appears before them. Then it vanishes. Funny thing is, not only Kazuki, but everyone was able to see it....and it caused considerable damage. Dr. Sanada explained that ever since Kazuki went to the parallel world visions began appearing, however, this was the first to leave any physical effect. Could this be a dimensional rupture? Is this because Genmu is here?

After the necessary equipment was assembled, they attempted to send Genmu back, but the huge robot was unwilling to return without Kazuki. Mitsuki and Kazuki resolve to return to the parallel world and send some newly acquired data to Commander Sanada.

Kazuki returns and meets up with the Commander and the others. He is shocked to discover two things. Number one....The United Nations declared The Earth Defense Force to be traitors so they've become an independent army. Number two...Mitsuki Sanada arrived one month earlier and was captured by the Rara Army. Uh Oh...what's going to happen now????
