Reiji explains to Sei that he is a Prince from a distant World. Naturally, the story sounds pretty far fetched, but Sei needs to get back to work.

While Sei is working day and night to perfect his Gunpla for the tournament, Mr. Ral takes Reiji to a bar where Gunpla Players with years of experience gather. After easily defeating most of them, his last battle is interrupted by Ricardo Fellini of Italy.

It's tournament time and Sei's Gunpla is complete, but Reiji is no where to be found until the last moment!
