Delivery Boy

Episode Summary

This is one hilarious episode...get ready to laugh!

It's a very hot day, but Ikki's mom needs him to run an errand. Seems his father left for work and forgot his briefcase so Ikki must deliver it to him.

On the way, Ikki and Metabee encounter Ginkai and Sherwood, who want to robattle. Ikki can't, because his father needs his briefcase by 3:00pm. If it is not delivered in time, Ikki loses his allowance...that means no spare parts for Metabee.

Ginkai is persistent and chases them through a grocery store. At one point, Ginkai transports a sword for Sherwood. In an effort to get away, Ikki starts throwing veggies that Sherwood slices and dices with his sword. He's whipped up an excellent salad to the delight of the other shoppers. They begin to applaud causing a distraction that allows Ikki to get away. As he is running out the door, in walks Samantha. Ginkai runs right into her!

Meanwhile, Ginjyo Bank is getting robbed by two men carrying an unloaded gun (but the workers don't know that). They are told to put the money in a briefcase that looks similar to Ikki's fathers. As the two leave the bank, Ikki slams into them, and both briefcases come crashing down. An angry Samantha is now giving chase along with Ginkai. When Ikki gets up to run, (you guessed it) the briefcases are switched!

So now Ikki's got Ginkai, Samantha, the two thieves, and the police chasing them. There's more antics just before catching the subway, and subsequently, Metabee and Sherwood begin a robattle in the subway itself! The battle temporarily ends when the subway comes to Ikki's stop. Everyone exits except Samantha, who is trapped behind too many people. Poor girl ends up somewhere in the countryside.

Finally, Ikki makes it to Ginjyo Corporation, where his father works, but he's not the only one who's arrived. There's only 10 minutes to spare. Metabee takes on Sherwood outside so Ikki can get the case to his father. The thieves, however, are hot on the boy's tail, and he's still oblivious to it. Luckily, there is a happy ending. Ikki's father gets his briefcase just as an important meeting is about to take place, and the police catch the thieves just as they are taking the other briefcase. But the most important thing of all!!! Metabee wins the robattle.

Whew....talk about an amazing race!
