Golden TimeAlternate Name: Goruden Taimu Every season, there is one anime series that really sticks out for me. This season there were a few, but topping that list was Golden Time. Based off the light novel series written by Yuyuko Takemiya, Golden Time has the entertainment value that could draw anyone in. The series began airing in Japan in October of 2013 and is expected to have 24 episodes. There's good news for North American fans, as it is licensed by Sentai Filmworks and should get a DVD/Blu Ray release sometime in 2014. Premise: Tada Banri is a new law student at the University of Tokyo. On his first day, he meets Mitsuo Yanagisawa, and the two become immediate friends. Mitsuo, however, has a problem.
