Kirito enters GGO. To his surprise, his avatar looks a lot like a girl. As he is trying to get his bearings, he runs into Sinon. He tells her he is trying to go to the Governor General's Office and enter the Bullet of Bullets event. He, also, explains that he has a converted account.

Sinon takes him to a market to purchase guns, but Kirito is lacking the credits. He asks if there is an easy way to make money. Sinon points out a casino game. To everyone's amazement, Kirito's quick reflects and keen senses come into play, and he easily wins.

Keeping with his true skills, Kirito selects an energy sword. Sinon advises him to get a physical hand gun as well and suggests a FN Five-Seven. She then takes Kirito to a firing range to test it out.

Leaving the market, Sinon realizes they only have 10 minutes to sign up for the BoB. Kirito grabs a rental buggy and again Sinon is amazed. "How?" She wonders, "these buggys are really hard to handle?" "I use to play a lot of racing games," Kirito explains. That aside, it's a race to make it on time!
