Her father, Barbossa, and others refuse to listen to her. Even Selka doesn't convince them. Imagine their shock and change of heart, when she reveals that she is an Integrity Knight. Alice defeats many of the attacking goblins and sends the rest running in fear. Afterwards, Alice makes the decision to return to the Capital with Kirito.
In the real World, a submarine emerges from under the Ocean Turtle. Men dressed for combat exit the craft and begin attacking. Members of Rath, Asuna, and Kikouka are taking refuge in the Sub Control Room. Near the primary bulkhead is the Lightcube Cluster. These men are after Project A.L.I.C.E., and what's worse, they have a back channel to the top brass in the SDF. Rath needs to retrieve Alice's Fluctlight from the Underworld before these men get their hands on it. It rests on Kirito, but with his ego deactivated, all he can do now is reflexive reactions triggered by deeply ingrained memories. The situation looks grim.
