Asuna hears Yui's cries and drops the admin card down as a signal. Kirito is more determined than ever to get to her. He tells Leafa that he is going solo from here on. Kirito plans to get to the gate located in the dome at the base of the tree, but it is fully protected by guardians.

At the end of this episode, Suguha finally discovers that Kirito is actually Kazuto! Her disappointment is written all over her face. Their facial expressions tell it all!
