After reviving the mythic beasts Guardian Leviathan and Beserker Behemoth, Kaiser Grey appears. Task is delighted and ready to prove himself. In the next arena, a one-on-one battle must take place. Jin volunteers to fight Task as he has beat him before.
Each time Task gets a token he uses a strategy that creates a blockade for Jin. When it came time to get the master token, Jin's Ronin Dragoon is completely blocked. After several tries, he is able to break through, but Task manages to hold on to the master token and win the battle. With the win, two more mythic beasts are revived. Ronin Dragoon and Gladiator Bahamut regain their powers, but they are controlled by Kaiser Grey. Kaiser declares that Armes and Sho will battle for the final master token.
Sho and his friends settle down for the night but Leon is very upset that he didn't win and let everyone down. Sho calms him down and says that they have to worry about the next battle and reviving the mythic beasts Samurai Ifrit and Berserker Byakko. They question Rachel about her knowledge of Kaiser Grey. She says she can't say now but to trust them.
The next day Armes and Sho are ready to battle their hardest.
