Lightning encountered Angel and realizes what Mephisto says is true. Angel has no recollection that he was a test subject.
Shiemi's mother felt it was time to tell her daughter of her roots(get the pun). This reveal caused Shiemi to change her mind about becoming an exorcist. Rin and the others are shocked! They fear she may be dying when she excitedly wants to hold a Birthday/Christmas party.
Bon discovers Father Fujimoto was a test subject, as well, but he cannot tell Yukio or Rin.
Everyone worked together to bring about a wonderful party, but Nee is the Christmas tree! While sleeping, he rolls over causing the Christmas tree to fall and burst into flames. Almost everything is destroyed.
Once the flames are extinguished, the guys laugh it off and try to salvage anything they can. The party goes on!
During the party, Shima gets a call from is brother Juzu that he and Mamushi Hojo are expecting and will be getting married.
After the party, Shura tells the boys how she met their mother.
That evening, Yukio becomes angry with Rin. He can't understand why Rin isn't more interested in learning of their past.
Yukio is becoming more and more psychotic.
