Welcome to the Digimon Adventure 2020 section of AnimeAdmirers. This site has been around for a while. In fact, it's going on 20 years. When it was first started, Digimon Adventure was one of the 1st sections. Therefore, it's only fitting to include this latest series along with all the others.
As mentioned on other sections, this site acts like a wikipedia with a lot more organization and images. The difference is that only one person is updating it.
You'll notice that the layout is very simple. That makes it easy for one to find what they are looking for. However, don't look for full downloadable episodes here. You can find them legally on Crunchyroll. On this site, you'll find information, images, avatars, and more. So check it out.
Back in January of 2020 we learned from the March issue of Shueisha's V Jump magazine that the Digimon Adventure franchise was getting a new television anime series titled Digimon Adventure that will premiere in Japan in April of the same year.
Digimon Adventure 2020 is the eighth series in the Digimon franchise and a reboot of the original 1999 Digimon Adventure anime TV series. The new series puts the original digi-destined in a more technically modern environment. After all, technology has come a long way in 20 years.
THE PREMISE: It's the year 2020. The Network has become something humans can no longer do without in their daily lives. But what humans don't know is that on the other side of the Network is the Digital World, a realm of light and darkness. Nor are they aware of the Digimon who live there.
When widespread Network difficulties arise, Taichi and the other digi-destined are swept into the Digital World where they bond with their partner Digimon to save their own World from chaos.
