Gundam 00 the Movie:
A wakening of the Trailblazer

The movie, “A Wakening of the Trailblazer,” takes place two years after Gundam 00 Season II, A.D. 2314. Aside from those who perished in the original two-season run of Gundam 00, the movie brought together a huge cast of characters giving fans a chance to see their favorites once again. And it’s not only the characters that will delight fans as the action is practically non-stop. The dramatic ending will have one on the edge of their seat!

The premise: All of mankind is in jeopardy when a new alien threat makes itself known. Serious disasters take place as these Extraterrestrial Living-metal Shapeshifters (a.k.a. ELS) start assimilating both machines and humans. Humans with strong quantum brainwaves are especially targeted.

To fight against Earth’s inevitable extinction, the Earth Sphere Federation and the Gundam Meisters join forces against overwhelming odds. Even Tieria returns in the body of an Innovade. All hope seems lost when the ELS take the form of mobile suits and even battleships. Many forces are wiped out in battle. Can communication be made with the aliens before it’s too late? Or is this the end?
