The Bee's Rescue the Honey

Episode Summary

Ms. Nae sends Honey to deliver a part. On her way, Honey helps a child by retrieving her balloon from a tree. Not only does she get the balloon, but she sees Ginkai doing something that he is desperate to keep secret.

When Honey doesn't return to the shop, both Ms. Nae and Ikki go to look for her. They see Ginkai leaving his home and suspect he is lying when he says he hasn't seen Honey. They follow him to the abandoned bowling alley. When the boy is about to erase Honey's memories, Metabee comes to the rescue. Ginkai summons Unitrix to give chase. When trying to flee from Unitrix, Metabee and Honey get washed away in the sewers. Night falls, and Ms. Nae and Ikki are forced to go home empty handed. However, they are confident that they find the two bots tomorrow.

The next day, Metabee and Honey make their way out of the sewers and into a parking lot, but they are not alone. Ginkai found them! He had cleverly planted a tracking devise on Honey. He sends Unitrix to give chase and this time the bots end up fighting in a parked truck. Their fight accidentally starts the truck on auto pilot, and it begins to drive off. Ginkai is able to jump into the truck not knowing that there is no driver. Uh Oh! Unitrix' blasts destroy the auto pilot and now the truck is driving out of control.

Ms. Nae and Ikki catch the news footage showing the runaway truck. Imagine their surprise to see Metabee and Honey at the controls. Driving way beyond the speed limit, Ms. Nae catches up to the truck. They see a frantic Ginkai in the back begging for help. Thank goodness Metabee is able to safely climb under the vehicle and stop the auto pilot just before it tumbled from an unfinished bridge.

After rescuing Ginkai from the harrowing truck ride, Ms. Nae wanted to see what was so secret. She checks Honey's memory to find Ginkai crying like a baby, because his memory card was erased. Ms. Nae and Ikki promise to keep it a secret, but that's not going to happen since reporters had arrived and televised the whole thing!
