It's the Medafighter Way

Episode Summary

Kam can never forgive Ginkai for betraying him and ponders how to get revenge. In the meantime, young Tak is practicing with his medabot, Komandog. Susie shows up and challenges him to a battle saying it will make Komandog stronger. Unfortunately, Susie is a spoiled brat and doesn't play by the rules. Even when Komandog is down, she instructs Puttycat to beat the bot senseless (if that's even possible??). Ginkai intervenes with Arc Dash. Susie runs off crying, but not before Kam sees everything.

After the confrontation, Kam offers Susie a tissue for her tears. In her demented head, it was Tak and Ginkai that cheated....just the kind of person Kam is looking for. Kam demonstrates and gives Susie the kilobot, Ambiguous 2.

Elsewhere Ikki messes up playing Soccer and scores a goal for the opposite team.  Erika scolds him by saying that he is always trying to showboat.  Ikki, feeling bad enough, storms off angry.

Meanwhile, Samantha has approached Ginkai asking about any old parts that he may have.  He agrees to give them to her and invites her to his home to pick them up.  While she is there, Susie shows up with Ambiguous 2 and begins a robattle inside the home. Samantha sees this and races off to get Ikki.  She finds him at a bookstore, but he is reluctant to come after what Erika had said.  Soon he agrees, and they go off to help Ginkai.  Behind one of the book shelves, Zuru has heard everything.

Back at Ginkai's, the two bots have caused quite a mess.  Ambiguous 2 is strong and Ginkai is having trouble, but he refuses Ikki's help.  Then Kam shows up and now it is two against one.  This time Ikki really wants to help, but Ginkai refuses the offer again.  The Mystery Medafighter appears and holds Ikki back saying that it would not be the Medafighter Way to intervene when not wanted.

In the end a tearful Ginkai loses, but at least he did it "the Medafighter Way." One other good thing came out of it. The battle has made Ikki realize that Ginkai can be trusted, and the two shake hands.
