The Medabot Straight Line Marathon

Episode Summary

Suzie wants to get her picture in the paper after seeing someone who she believes is less worthy on the front page.

Meanwhile, Ms. Nae has given Metabee a book to read. Ikki comes home and wants to take a look at it. While fighting over the book, a map falls out of it. They take it to Ms. Nae thinking they have found a treasure map. She explains it's the map to the 1st line marathon that she completed when she was just a girl.

Suzie overhears this and feels it is the perfect way to get her picture in the paper. She challenges Erika! Erika is hesitant at first, but Brass convinces her that it would be a good way to impress Ikki.

The race begins. The two girls are doing well thru the obstacles. Brass has trouble at the moss log walk, which gives Suzie an advantage. When Brass finally gets on track, Erika and Brass find Suzie crying just before the last obstacle. Ambiguous II had lost her medal in the high grass due to an incident. Erika finds the medal and the two girls race thru the final obstacle (a long stair climb). Even though Suzie won by just a step, she told Ms. Nae that Erika should be the winner and explained what happened. Ms. Nae declared the race a tie.

To everyone's surprise, the two girls appeared together on the front page of the paper. (Looks like Suzie is learning how to fight fair.)
