While trying to sneak into El Santo's workshop through the air vent, Bell sees Rashad training with Valkyrie?! Once Bell finds Valt, he learns that Rashad has recreated Valkyrie, but only Valt has the one true Valkyrie.
Thanks to Valt, Bell is able to use the workshop, but he is having trouble coming up with a plan to make Belial stronger. He's trying to figure out what he can add to the attack blades to make them stronger than Fafnir's rubber. After working all night, he comes up with the F-gear. It's a rubber blade that fits in the space between the three blades.
Using Ranzo and Ragnaruk as his guinea pig, Bell tests his improved Belial. Adding the part has made Belial heavier and stronger. With his dynamite bomber attack, Bell burst Ragnaruk.
Rashad overhears their battle and informs Free of Belial's upgrade. To his surprise, Free is not worried at all.
