Phenomeno is no longer in Japan. Gramps has procured plane tickets for Bell, himself, Ranzo, and Hanna so they may fly to Phenomeno's location. When asked if he has a plan once they meet up with Phenomeno, Bell reminds them of Belial's perfect gear. When Hanna asked why he didn't put them on from the start? "Because you should play your trump cards last," Bell explains.
Once the plane lands, Gramps, Bell and the others meet up with Herm Payne. He is Phenomeno's grandfather. He told them how a very depressed Phenomeno showed up on his doorstep one cold and rainy day. For days, he just sat there. One day he saw Rashad battling the Demon King and something stirred within him.
When they arrive at Herm's cabin, Phenomeno shows up. Bell says, "I'll beat you down with my fully evolved Dangerous Belial!" Phenomeno happily agrees to battle especially when the stadium arrives.
Phenomeno starts with heavy, high mode. It increases his attack power even more. Their incredible battle ends in a simultaneous burst finish. It's a draw!
It's evening, and while Hanna is enjoying the aurora borealis, Bell and Phenomeno have continued to battle into the night. The two young boys laugh and thoroughly enjoy themselves.
