A squad of soulreapers, headed up by Toshiro Hitsugaya, have come to the world of the living to help out Ichigo. Rukia knows that the 1st thing she must do is to boost up Ichigo's confidence and strength!

Later, everyone meets in Ichigo's room, and Toshiro (That's Captain Hitsugaya to you!) explains Hollows and Arrancars, as well as, Aizen's evil plan.
