Highlights:

The Seireitei is pulled into the Schatten Bereich allowing the Stern Ritters to invade. Their orders, "Annihilate the enemy instantly."

Stern Ritter "D", Askin Nakk Le Vaar, arrives at the Department of Research and Development. He encounters Captain Kurotsuchi, who was aware that the Stern Ritters lurked in the shadows.

Stern Ritter Grand Master, "B", Jugram Haschwalth, approaches Head Captain Shunsui Kyoraku.

Captain Hitsugaya and his lieutenant, Rangiku, face off against Bazz-B, a fire-wielding Stern Ritter. It's an incredible fire-and-ice battle, but at the end of the episode, it looks as if Bazz-B has gotten the upper hand.

Captain Soi Fon has been battling Stern Ritter "K" - BG9, and her outcome looks grim as well!
